Not because I consider it particularly appropriate to celebrate the woman, though in truth these days we need several infusions of optimism and trust, but because I needed an excuse to make a cake without feeling too guilty I thought that was the right time :-)
I did an experiment, because usually I do it with sponge cake 6 eggs .. . but this time in the fridge I was only 4, so I arranged ... and the result was not bad at all, indeed!
: 4 eggs and the same weight (about 120 grams, use medium ones) of sugar and flour. Before I slammed sooo long the eggs with the sugar (I did not want to dirty the Thermomix, so I've been busy with the blender and whip accessory ... I think I won a tennis elbow!) To obtain a foamy mixture (at least 20 minutes, all), after which I gradually added the flour sifted with a teaspoon of vanilla extract and I mixed well. I then poured into a pan with a diameter of 22, seeing with 6 eggs usually use the 26, and I cooked at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes (toothpick test dry).
While the PDS cooled on the grill, I went to pick up the gnome in school ... and I realized that if I had only 4 x egg sponge cake ... how I made the pastry cream to fill?? Oh well, I am a pathological case ... but in the meantime I had to minigiro of a supermarket with the gnome below that I would have liked to avoid!
While the cooked cream (4 egg + 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 4 tablespoons flour + + 8 tablespoons sugar + 500 g of milk mixed well on a low flame) I cut the pds and I cut into three squares in the private central part of the crust. I then thoroughly wet the pds with pear juice diluted slightly and spread cream is very good in over half that, in order to finish covering the whole with the handles.
And my diet? Well, I tried to limit the damage and I have avoided adding to the whipped cream filling, but that there would be good ... and I ate a tiny piece just to see if she had come good. And it is coming very well, shame on you: I'd eaten the whole!! :-)
That said, a step to suggest delicious way to prepare the slices of pork loin: do not do often, but the times I had made in the past I have always prepared milk or fried, but this time I tried to do "type pizza" and they came back really good, also most welcome from gnome.
I beat slices and brown well I've done well with some butter, I shaded with a little white wine, then I have set aside covered to keep them warm. I then sliced \u200b\u200bsome tomato seeds and illiquid, and a nice cheese, then put out to dry a little on a paper towel, in the same pan heat for few minutes I made the tomato slices, then I removed and I put the meat, Put on top of slices of tomato and the mozzarella, I put a little salt and oregano, then I covered and without heat still on medium heat until the cheese has melted. They came teneressime, e. .. really tasty proof of gnomes!
