We finally, freer and safer .... Um, I said, we finally, 3 weeks have begun field tests for the new Millennium Drill Show : "Dante's Inferno" . And here I am to publish some of my work, inspired by the new show, I realized that in conjunction with a course on Illustrator. The initial idea was to create a sort of poster in the style of tables Hellboy, the final result is not quite that, but oh well, at the end of Mignola there is one!
Here is the result.

To be honest I should give it a sistematina, following the advice of a good "master carrier" Bixpax (thanks for the lessons and tips), but currently do not have much time and most of all I am a little addicted.
is a variation on the theme. Compared with the previous prefer the texture of the sky, otherwise the door Input very much less. The colors are a bit too light to be in hell.
This other concept I like a lot, but I just outlined, I work a lot more characters (arrange the details, shadows ...), but remained unfinished due to the fact that the work has taken the direction indicated above.
And finally, here's the initial idea . As you can see, the characters are the same ones that appear in other works (long live the vector and reuse !!!). I worked a lot on this initial idea, but I eventually abandoned this route because I could not find a satisfactory disposition of the various characters and the environment, everything was unbalanced and too far to be a pseudo poster ...
the end are not completely satisfied with the performance, I could probably still working to improve the lot of all, however, is the whole experience. We hope that the drill comes out better:)
