After the events narrated in the previous post, I searched the web and I wrote what I could do to ' ADUC, here is their response.
Dear GA,
1. if you believe that a crime has been committed (the 'scam', fraud), you may 'make a complaint to the Postal Police. Otherwise we advise you to report all antitrust for unfair trade practices: http://www.agcm.it
2. Potra 'seek compensation for damages if he can' prove guilt and the entities' of the damage to the penny. It is claimed with a registered letter with return receipt of notice
